The frame undergoes meticulous high-density foam sculpting, with master artisans carving every anatomical feature—the broad domed skull, bony armor plates embedded in the skin, the distinctive tail club at the end of a stiffened tail. A seamless layer of silicone rubber skin is applied with pronounced texture to mimic the creature’s thick, scaly hide, and the model receives hand-painted finishing in earthy tones that match paleontological understanding.
