Artist lofting scales the design to full size on the workshop floor, ensuring every proportion is precisely mapped. Skilled welders construct the steel frame structure, using different gauges of steel to create each figure's skeletal foundation. CE-certified bulbs and RGB LED straight lights are strategically installed within the frame, carefully positioned to highlight contours and create dynamic color effects. The frame receives a silk fabric surface — high-grade colored silk meticulously tailored and wrapped around the structure. Finally, artists paint the surface with specialty pigments, adding facial expressions and decorative details that bring each holiday figure to vibrant life.

The complete material assembly includes: steel for the structural framework, CE-certified bulbs for safe illumination, silk fabric for the outer covering, RGB LED straight lights for dynamic color effects, junction boxes for electrical connections, specialty pigments for artistic finishing, and CE-certified cables for safe power distribution.For large-scale installations, our team employs a modular construction approach. Each figure is fabricated in multiple sections that assemble easily on-site, with each component individually wrapped in plastic bubble film to prevent shipping damage.
